Attention when uploading sysexes to the PMC10.
This process seems pretty unreliable on the mac, so turn down the speed in the
SysEx Librarian Preferences, tab "Transmit Speed", open triangle of MIDI
Interface ("ESI MIDI Mate"), turn down the speed of PMC10.
